Customer must notify Mary Mae Gardens within 2 days after receipt that it believes a Product is non-conforming and, thereafter, cooperate with Mary Mae Gardens investigation of such claim, otherwise Customer waives any right or claim with respect to such non-conformance. The foregoing warranty and remedy shall not apply to discounted Products, which are sold “as is” and without any warranty.
